Mike Hoeflich, Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law will be discussing ABA Op. 477R on protecting client confidences in the age of hacking and the 2015 FBI Cybersecurity Division white paper on "best practices" for preventing and, if necessary, dealing with a cyber intrusion.
